Where shall I pick up the apartment keys?
-The check in and handover of keys is completed inside the apartment at your arrival.
At what time may I access the apartment and up to what time may I make use of it?
-Check in time is from 3pm, but depending on availability, the apartment may be ready before or later than 3pm. Check out time is 11am. If you need to leave the luggage you will be able to do so using our lockers, at no additional cost. If you need to get into the apartment before check in time, contact us. We will do our best to have the apartment ready, always depending on availability.
Is there any extra charge for arriving after 9pm?
-Yes. Guests arriving after 9pm will be subjected to a 20 EUR surcharge for late check-in. Guests arriving after 11pm will be subjected to a 40 EUR surcharge for late check-in. Guests arriving after 1am will be subjected to a 60 EUR surcharge for late check-in. We do not accept any check-ins after 2am.
How may I book an apartment?
-At http://www.bcnapartmentrentals.com, on the left margin, you will find an option to select the dates and the apartment of your preference and most convenient for you, depending on your needs. By completing 3 easy steps, you will have your reservation completed.
How may I cancel my reservation?
-In order to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
When will I receive the reservation confirmation?
-Once all necessary data is fully entered, you will receive via e-mail a confirmation of the reservation describing in detail all steps to follow on your arrival to the apartments. In the event you do not receive it, please contact us as soon as possible.
How may I pay my stay?
-You will be able to pay for your stay using cash, Visa, Master Card or American Express.
Is there any extra cost?
-No, the aggregate amount includes taxes, cleaning services on your arrival, water and electricity services. Besides, you may hire the extra services we make available for you.
What shall I do if I need help over my stay?
-Over business hours, there will always be BCN Apartment Rentals staff available to assist you. Out of these hours, we will provide you with a 24h number for emergencies on your arrival.
Is there any fee payable for children?
-0 to 3-year children are free of charge. We have baby coats available. In case you need one, you only have to let us know at the moment you make the reservation.
What happens if I break something?
-Please call us as soon as possible and we will try to fix it or replace it if necessary and reach an agreement on the cost.
What amenities do these apartments offer?

Is the apartment daily cleaned?
-We clean the apartment on your arrival, but you may retain cleaning services on a daily basis or for as many days as necessary. All you have to do is telling us what your preferences are at the time of the reservation or on your arrival.
Will I need an adapter for power points?
-All our power points are European. We recommend you to bring one for your electric appliances from another region.
Are pets allowed?
-Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
How do I arrive at the apartment from Barcelona airport?
-There are several options: bus or train, both to Plaza Catalunya from where you will have to use the metro Line 3 to Diagonal to access the apartment or a taxi for an estimated rate 45 EUR from the airport. We can offer you transfer service as well. Ask us about it..
